Ned, I would do a little more looking to determine why it has a salvage title? Flooded car? 2 cars welded together? The turbos are quite reliable especially if you use synthetic oil. With care and good oil change habits, turbos last 150,000mi or more. The price is low considering the model and mileage, but you need to ascertain why it has a salvage title and evaluate the risk. I would take it to a Saab dealer as well to have a mechanic look it over.
