Ferrous iron and steel without paint will always rust. This is normal. If you are referring to the calipers, you can try high temperature paint on them. If you are referring to the brake disks, ditto, but do not paint the braking surface. Calipers on Porsche and other performance cars sometimes have painted calipers which do not rust as they are aluminum and are painted red or black. Is this what you mean?
