No offence to the 9000 owners. But I have always owned 900's. Found them to be more sportier and more reliable than the 9K"s. I currently own a 94 900s coupe. To everyone's amazement I am going to make this statement "Never been in the shop", and I bet it never will. Sorry you had a bad experience with the 9K. My question to you is, did you bring up your findings to the dealer. And if so, What was the dealers response. Just curious.
