Check Ebay under "saab 9000"...I'm sure there was a ton of factory Saab CD players on there last time I checked. Also, post this on www.saabnet.com bulletin board. I'm sure the whizzes there will have an answer to how to use the factory amp. for a CD player in my 91 9000s, I bought a Blaupunkt Florida Head unit (100% SATISFIED, BLAUPUNKT IS AWESOME!!). I installed it myself by splicing the new wires into the old factory harness (didn't bother spending 25 bucks on a new harness). The sound is INCREDIBLE (big wattage increase over the factory Clarion head unit. Oh, even the colors (green and orange), match up with the gauges on my Saab. I'm a happy camper with Blaupunkt...I'm never getting rid of this headunit. Oh, I only paid 70 bucks for it too :-) -T.Ghosh 91 9000s 147,200 miles Maxwell wrote in message ... >I have a 91 9000CD and wanted to get rid of the tape deck for a CD >player.
