Why can't you adjust the boost yourself? I've never had any problems. Just run a hose teed off a vac line through the window to a calibrated pressure guage (£20) taped to the dash. Disconnect APC, and set base boost as per manual spec. Easier than installing the turbo. Just make sure you let it cool for 20 mins before adjusting the rod.
