Subject: Re: Anyone with a clue? Squeaking in front wheel, 900S...CV joint??

It sounds like your outher CV joint is going, from lengthy description of problem. My tip, replace whole 1/2 shaft with rebuild unit try CarQuest or other places. I did Honda Legend last month and 1/2 shaft was only $75.00 US after core charge ref. Hard to beat such price unless you can get pick-pull self serve yard part for $25.0 as I found for my 86 900 Saab in Aurora, CO. self serve yard. Anyway 1/2 shaft will take care of both inner & outher joints at once. best of luck, John P.
