Check the spark plug wires and plugs along with the distributor cap. If you have a crack in any of them, you might be arcing and causing a misfire. My father's Volvo did the same thing (missing under heavy throttle but otherwise ran fine). He replaced the distributor cap. Make sure you use the Bourgicord (sp) wires as spec'd by Saab. People have had problems with aftermarket wires and invariably go back to the factory ones.
