Just removed the facrory speakers in a 1996 Saab and found out the following: The rear speakers had 4 ohm ipedance, while the front speakers had 8 ohm impedance. Don't the Sweeds know that a quality stereo should have speakers with matched impedance? Also, the factory speaker wires are too thin. Perhaps 24 gage! Saab is cutting corners like everyone else. Saab is no better. Shame on them. I thought Saab makes a better made car. I guess not.
