Since one of the mirrors is still heating ok I¥d say it¥s a problem with the heating element in the mirror itself. Remove the mirror glass and check if you got 12 V on the terminals on the back of the glass, if you have, then remove the terminals and test the element with an ohm meter. To remove the glass, do as follows: 1. Adjust the mirror so it is in alignment with the housing 2. Under the mirror housing is an oval opening, you should now se an plastic ring with notches in the opening, use a flat screwdriver to turn the plastic ring two notches to the right. 3. The glass can now be lifted out. /Ma
