on our car it was the outside latch on the passenger seat. Since the inboard one still worked, we didn't fix it and just reached around the seat. It was a PITA, but it was after the warranty ran out. On the good side, the ACC fan control unit died after 4 years, but since it was going bad before that and I had complained about it during a service, they replaced it under warranty.
