Every car or truck that I've seen make it past 150,000 miles has had the oil changed on a regular basis. The two I've used with great results are Mobil 1 and PetroMoly (www.petromoly.com) PetroMoly is a hybrid oil that has actually been tested can certified by the EPA to reduce emissions. PetroMoly also makes the engine run smoother and quieter, this isn't hype, it really quieted down my Jeep Grand Cherokee's engine and the Saab 9-3 likes it too!
