My 2001 Aero Wagon has Michelin Pilot HX, and the road noise is simply _horrible_, especially on coarse pavement. You can try to get a different set of tires mounted when you deal for the car. I intend to install Dunlop SP9000s when the Michelins are worn. They are much quieter due to the angled tread design. John Davies Monroe WA USA
