Subject: Re: Clarion CD/Equalizer problem -- ?thoughts?

I had the same problems on the same Clarion CD/Equalizer in my 1993 900 convertible. It started, when the battery was disconnected and the radio system locked itself. There was a "self burned" CD inside the CD/eqaliser part and when I pressed in the code, it threw out the CD that worked before - again, and again. Also every other CD was thrown out again... I solved it (still donĄt know the reason exactly) by disconnecting the power again without inserted CD and then inserted a "regular manufactured" CD approx. 5 times. Then it suddenly worked again. I still think something is calibrated in this way, but donĄt know exactly what. Hope that helps...
