Not that I can see: it says to use 3rd on twisty roads or in cities, but
there's no mention of using it as a sport mode.  The benefit I get from
using 3rd is that the car is a bit reluctant to change down from 4 to 3
if it's already doing about 50mph, so holding it there solves this.  I
don't think it's changing the shift points as such.
