I am dissolving a company and would like to dispose of one of our assets. This is a black Saab 9-3 four-door, grey interior, 2000 model year, 5-speed. Options include leather, moonroof, heated seats, CD player. Original sticker was, I believe, about $31,500. This is a 36/36,000 lease expiring on June 2003. Right now the car has 16,500 miles on it, about 4,500 ahead, so when you assume the lease you will be paid $675 for the extra mileage. I will also pay you $500 for disposition fees, so if you drive the car 1,000 miles a month you will pretty much drop it off for free. The monthly lease payment is $333 plus tax. If you recall, a while ago Saab had a heavily subsidized lease - this is that lease, plus we negotiated $2800 of options in at no additional cost. If you take the car within 30 days of posting, we will also make the June lease payment for you, so your first payment will be due July 27th. I will hate to see this car go, but since it is in the company name it must be disposed of before we shut the doors. To respond, please remove 'assumethelease' from my email address.
