Subject: 9000 CS Turbo with no boost gauge??



I have run across several 9000 CS models on eBay that are advertised as
turbo charged cars.  These cars have no turbo boost gauge on the instrument
panel and no 'turbo' notation on the grille (or back panel on the 1997
model).  The owners, however, insist they are turbo, some saying that the
car is an automatic, therefore, no boost gauge.
Has anyone ever heard of this?  That an automatic would have no gauge and
the 5 speed would have it?
Did the low pressure turbo have no gauge?  Did they even offer the low
pressure on the '95 - '97 9000 CS?  ( I realize the '98s were all CSE turbos
so no issue there.)

Any help will be appreciated...this has really bugged me.
