As soon as you cut on the ac the second fan should kick on. The first fan which is on the passenger side of the car is the initial fan that on should always turn on first. As needed the secondary fan will kick in. After running 10 minutes in the summer you should hear them turn on. They should cycle every 5-10 minutes as needed (temp gauge a little over 1/2). If those fans do not turn on then you have some other type of problem (electrical). Check fuses first. Do not run too long withotu those fans running because you can cause yourself a very expensive problem (cylinder head gasket) OUCH! At the tune of about $500-1000 dollars. Good luck Damon 88 900s 202k Good luck
