In my 900C '89 the hose from the manifold has "t" -joint for brake assist and the other (smaller) leads to another t-joint. This another t-joint gives vacuum for air intake "valve" that controls whether air is taken directly from outside or pre-heated and the other lead gives vacuum for interior blower control valves. http://www.kase.fi/~heikkima/engine3.jpg H.
