Hi, I had this a while ago, on two reasonable types after the ball oints had been replaced. I was told that the front *HAD* to be set up with a TOE OUT of 1 to 2 deg because it was FWD. I ended up replacing the tyres and setting the alignment to 0.5 deg toe in and they have been fine ever since.
