They did mine in one day and it works better than new. They were always somewhat stiff to turn, but never knew until the new one was put in. Your dealer is very good. Mine spent two tries to attempt to loosen up the lubricant with heat guns etc and that didn't work. I don't think that would have lasted very long so it's good yours is getting right to the point.
