It would be the ideal situation if every car had a CD changer or MP3 player in the car with remote controls, but it is not so. It is not an extreme situation. Most cars in the US come with a single CD player in the dash - the CD changer is an option, not standard. That would be like saying everyone should have four wheel ABS, radar controlled braking, electronic traction control, and premium tires - then there would be no problems. True, but not likely.
