Hi, I've been driving a 95SE 2.3 lpt for over 2 years on all kinds of roads at all sorts of speeds (naturally inside the speed limit ;o)). It's more a case of getting used to the car than it is unwieldly to drive. I moved from a 9000 to a 95 and they are totally different beasts. The 95 took some getting used to. Moving from a BMW you'll consider the ride to be very soft and might think the 95 "bounces" but its not so. The 95 has the best drag co-efficient of its class and corners extremely well. Do I have a gripe? Yes. IT's been back to the shop more times than any car I have ever owned. New Head gasket. New Throttle Idle control (that was £450 on its own). New door seal. New window regulator. The air conditioning decided it was 10 degrees warmer in the car than it actually was (I had to wear a fleece whilst driving - still at least it proved it was efficient ;o)) The list goes on but there you go. That's what happens when GM takes you over I suppose. Still the new Mark 2 is due out in October which promises the kinks ironed out and lower emissions for the company car drivers out there. Overall I don't think you can get a better spec'd, safer performance exec saloon for the money.
