My 1984 900 S, manual transmission, gets about 24 city and 28 hwy. I think my gas mileage has dropped a little over the last year or so. The engine hesitates slightly when I step on the accelerator after stopping. I've been told to check the O2 sensor. I believe a faulty O2 sensor can also affect the gas mileage? -jw
