You have a failing clutch master or slave cylinder. Will it get worse? Yes. It will eventually leave you stranded by the side of the road. It may happen next year, it may happen next week. Depends how far gone the cylinder in question is. If it's the master, great. They're cheap and easy to replace (<1hr labour). If it's the slave, then it's cheap, but 4-5 hrs labour to replace. How can you tell? If it's the slave, you'll get hydraulic fluid dripping from the bottom of your bell housing. If you're intending to keep the car for a while, replace both at the same time. It's my (and other people's) experience that if you replace one, the other will soon die.
