Removing the lower dash is an absolute peice of cake. I can do it in about
10 minutes.

First, you remove the lower center console - only as far back as the rubber
coupling. The knee bolster is held on by 3 bolts, 2 in the engine bay, and
one behind the ashtray. Take those out, pull down on the panel, and it's
off.

This may take you 30-60 minutes first time round, but it really is very
easy.
