What is this 93 SAAB you have? Is it a) An antique two-stroke SAAB 93? b) Unspecified model from 1993? c) A rather new Saab 9-3? If it is a 9-3 then you can not reprogram the ECU for different wheel sizes. Instead you have to change a parameter in the main instrument unit (this is the computer behind the instruments) using the Tech-II tool. By selecting the proper menu entries on the Tech-II screen a list of wheel sizes/types are displayed allowing one of them to be choosen. The Tech-II tool is quite expensive and you also need the proper software for it, so a Saab dealer is probably your only option. -- G–ran Larsson Senior Systems Analyst hoh AT approve DOT se
