The light should come on when there is about 7-10 litres > left in the tank. It is not a good idea to fill the tank to the brim. The fuel must be allowed room for expansion. It is also dangerous if you should have an accident. Fill your tank until the filler automatically cuts out first time, then leave it. Johannes
