Plug won't come out - putting the 13mm single hex socket on resulted in the corners rounding - have managed to hammer on a 12mm single hex but although it's finger snug, turning it with a ratchet instantly strips the corners so again, no good. I was thinking of welding the 12mmm socket to the plug washer face so I can get it off with the 1/2" drive. Any suggestions? I don't want to damage the sump.
