If you are handy with tools, you might try removing the rear/trunk panels in that area and look for a wire that has the insulation rubbed off of it. Same for the windshield wiper area, although the wires are a bit harder to get to for inspection. You might be able to see something by removing the wiper arms and the cowl shield below the windshield. Does it blow when you install the fuse, or after using the reverse lights or wipers ? If it's right after the install, try putting the car in neutral before installing the fuse. If it does not blow, then shift into reverse and see if it goes. If it does, you have a problem with the reverse lights. Bob
