Subject: Re: Do you change oil yourself

Oil changes I have always changed the oil on my cars - even when the oil change is linked to the car warranty, I still change the oil twice as often as recommended. With many new cars on 10 000 mile oil change schedules in the UK - I am prepared to spend the £15 to change oil and filter. Long engine life comes from using good oil and changing it reasonably often! regards Dave A Kalman Rubinson <kr4nopsamedu> wrote in message news:peeentg2iju1k45fisjo6reiv2d289jol3nopsamcom... > On Mon, 13 Aug 2001 02:14:42 GMT, Ken Washington > <kenwashinopsamhlink.net> wrote: > > >If I don't change the oil myself, I take it to a local Amoco.
