[David Troy] David, I also have a 2001 9-3, but it's a 4door hatch. My speed dependent volume is also set to ON, and I also can tell no difference from OFF. It seems to actually do nothing. The odd part is I test drove a 9-3 before (a '99 I think) and noticed the speed dependent volume right away without being told about it. I thought it was really cool.
