I lease a 99 9-3se and had same observation about this "feature." I was told by other 9-3 owners that it is subtle and hard to notice. I *think* I've noticed it kick in once or twice...but most of the time, I'm adjusting the volume manually when I pull up to that toll booth or whatever. chip in article BQSf7.9$RE4.14658nopsam.abs.net, David Troy at davenopsam.net wrote on 8/19/01 1:41 PM: > All -- > > Just got a new 2001 9-3 Convertible.
