Subject: Classic 900, occasional smell of petrol inside the car whilst driving



I have a 1993 classic 900SE manual.

Several passengers have recently commented on a smell of petrol within the
car, I too have very occassionally noticed this, it has often been commented
on by passengers in the rear seats.

Does anyone have any ideas as to a possible cause ?.
