Hi folks - So my 1989 SAAB has been down for quite some time as I tried to fix it myself for a while, had it towed and waited for the dealer to get to it, now I'm waiting for parts. Lucky I had another car available huh! So, They tell me that the Fuel Injection computer is dead and they told me the part is $395. I called a place dealing in SAAB parts and they quoted $375 for a rebuilt. So I let the dealer have at it. How often do these computers go? Is it just one of those things where it goes after a while? I'm at 177K Now I have the terrible decision to either give up on the SAAB and drive a 1990 Mazda Protege while I save for a 9-3 or continue down the road with the SAAB. Any opinions? -Dan
