I got my Michelin Arctic Alpines on steel rims from tirerack.com. I was very satisfied with them on packed snow and wet roads. This is in a fwd car with 200 Hp that can spin the high performance summer tires through 3rd gear. The Arctic Alpines did not lose traction on starts up hills.
