Subject: Re: 1986 900S Fuel Pump Relay? Where is it?

The fuel pump relay on this thing is a > little confusing as the mechanics book says that the relay goes into slot If the fuel pump relay is the same as it is on the 1984 900 S NA 8V, it's over the left wheel well in one of the boxes where all the fuses and relays are. I had to replace mine right when I bought the vehicle. It's a cheap part. Just unplug old and plug in new. I thought the 1986, even 16V, has the same body/engine configuration as the 1984??? If not, pls. disregard and anyone correct me if I'm wrong. -jw (still learning about Saabs after 2+ years of ownership) -- 1984 900 S hatchback, 134K mi. Providence, Rhode Island
