The 1986 model was the last year to have the parking/emergency brake n the front wheel. I had one and this piece of information was lost by the emissions technician. He proudly showed me how he could pull up engine, transmission and emissions information on all vehicles back to the 60s - apparently it did not contain parking brake information. He proceeded to put the front wheels on the rollers and yank up on the parking brake. After stalling the engine three times and making comments on how I must have engine problems, I told where the parking brake was on this car.
