I believe that ps racks are rebuildable because when I changed mine recently the suplier asked for the old one (i.e. I had to pay a "core" deposit). The most common 900 replacement (rebuilt?) rack is made by Maval. It comes with a lifetime warrenty and you can get one for around $139 (plus your old one). Hope this helps.
