Thanks. If you give a light (or at least not too heavy) tap with a hammer to the crowbar or whatever you're using to extract the shaft, it will work. The shaft clicks in/out of place when fitting/removing so you need to give it a bit of a shock mechanically to get it moving. But watch out for hitting the radiator with the shaft or the bolt you've screwed in . . . HTH //Robert, Gothenburg.
