Ok you have a LPT, but I change the oil in my Celica GT Four every 4000km (Filter every 8000km), and I ofcoz use high quality full sythetic oil.. >Mobil 1. Personally i normally use the Texaco Havoline Formula3, it also is better than recommended, but the main reason that I use it is coz I can buy it for half the normal price :)
