Open the hood. The black plastic panel just below the windshield has vent holes in it. Shine a flashlight into the vent to see the filter (look toward the center of the car). The filter cost me about $36 (ouch). It takes about 1/2 hour to replace. Taking the plastic panel out is the trick. My Haynes manual describes how to remove it, but I will have to look that up tonight. I will get back to you.
