My coupe 2001 left hand panel is blank, not that it helps your cause, and I just called a friend with a 2001 conv. and no LH switch. I'm in Oz also. I doubt the car would have been converted, too hard, too much work and compliance. I imagine it was some quirky thing that happened at the factory??? Davo
