Then again, they jerked me hard on a warranty issue when my car caught on fire, and went right to the legal team when I got to the district level. Saab has bent over backwards to cover even door rattles not only beyond the 16K warranty for noises that actually covered such issues, but actually past the 50K b-b warranty that was never supposed to cover such things in the first place. >Thank you.
