hello all, on a 82 900T, how do you remove the lower panel, below the steering column? it runs the entire length of the dash, vinyl covered, and the color of the interior. i need to remove it to access the relays behind it and to test some of the wiring. there is a thin black plastic "wing" below it that is part of the heating system. i have it loose, but it, too, will not come off easily. some screw in the center behind the previously mentioned panel securing it. many thanks for any hints luke luke326REMOVEnopsamyahoo.com
