These can not have the Up-Shift light changed by Tech II. 99 Viggen, 2000-> 9-3 and 99-> 9-5 use Trionic version T-7. Most of the T-7 cars can have the Up-Shift light changed by Tech II. The factory default must have be on for the Up-Shift light. I have had problems turning off the light on 99 cars. 2000 and above seems to always work.
