I didn't know that the BMW 540 comes in a wagon; I think the answer to your question will change depending on whether you want a wagon!. If BMW offers the 540 in a wagon, the answer is CLEAR to me, otherwise it's between the S6 and the 9-5; remember, though, the 9-5 is a GM SAAB.
