I like Saabs latest print ad with the 9^3 stating that it is a SUV -> Swedish Utility Vehicle. Owing this to the fact that it has 4 doors AND a hatch which allows so much flexibility. The cynic in me must point out that the 5 dr goes away next year in favor of the 4 dr variant with a lowly trunk. We will get a wagon (estate), but I do not like a wagon. The 9^5 line has no 5 dr and the 9^3 looses the 5 dr, times are tough. I was at the appliance store last night in my '92 C900 (I wish it was a 5 dr but none were imported between 81 and 93). The helper guy helps me carry out a largish box. He says that it'll probably fit if I fold down the seat. I said, naw, it'll fit. I opened the hatch and it fit with room to spare. He was duly impressed and said that it sure didn't look that big on the outside! Vive la hatch!
