1) lock relay is on top of the RHS heater duct. Check for power and you can check actuation by grounding the appropriate pins. (#1 and #2 IIRC, check it first!) If it still does not work, it is probably the connector on the door or a wire to the door at the jamb or the switch itself. www.andrewsofprinceton.com has a note on the bad wire which MAY be causing it. 2)interior lights. Could it be the switch just behind the shifter? set it to 1 or 2 and see what happens. I have had a bad switch before as well. 3)There is no steering wheel lock in a Saab (exc 9k). You lock the shifter in gear with the key.
