Disclaimer: I haven't seen those screws in particular, but I can get you to where you should be able to see them. Remove the door-opening-handle surround, the black plastic "bowl" with the strap across it. One Torx screw, pull on handle, and work the plastic shell around the handle. This frees up the door panel. The door panel slides (down, I think) off of a clip, exposing the innards of the door. We're talking the small, 8" high door panel, not the whole door interior here, by the way. On mine, it's plush, as opposed to the smooth of the entire door interior. I bet you can see the screws,once that part is off? Dave Hinz
