yes... you can get a new rear window with a working rear defogger. I do not have any idea how much it costs to have a new one fitted, though. You may also want to repair the existing screen. There is repair conductive paint that can be used to bridge the cut lines in the screen. Never used it, but it should be fine as long as you can see where it has been cut.
